Hi, my name is
Huy Nguyen.
I'm a and based in . I spend most of my time on and building , and I get a little obsessed with making things efficient. I like owning the whole thing too: the infrastructure underneath, the code in the middle, and the experience on top.
I got here the nontraditional way. I started out as a , moved through project management and implementation, and worked my way into software and systems. I owe a huge chunk of that to Mike Onslow, CTO at Clarity Voice, who took the time to teach me and trusted me with the kind of complex projects that actually move the business.
Recently I've gotten really into and SEO, and even started running my own small marketing company on the side. It has paid off for my own work too: the software projects I've built have found , mostly through my own effort getting them in front of the right people, which is still the best feeling there is, and some of them even quietly earn a little mailbox money in the background. I'm also all in on , software that can reason, plan, and act on its own.
Building this fast has a flip side, and that side is risk. has become just as important to me, especially when things feel this uncertain, and it has turned into real work: helping a few small businesses put actual in place. Most organizations have close to zero of it around the agent coding harnesses they run and the skills and plugins they have installed, all the things that can materially change what an agent does inside their environment. Prompt or malicious worries me most of all. Closing that gap has become some of my favorite work.

When I'm not building something, you'll find me chasing good Texas BBQ, tacos, and kolaches all over the state, and tinkering with side projects (like this one).
